Depends on their preference. Some call me "Captain" but most who know just call me by name. I don't mind either.

I try to keep things casual for the crew so they can feel comfortable around each other despite whatever differences there may be.

And though not necessarily intended, I suppose it does give that kind of atmosphere. Might be a carry over of how things were with my old group.
